Online; I emailed my resume and was later contacted for an initial interview via Microsoft Teams. We discussed my goals, the expectations of the position, and what further qualifications I would need in order to pursue this position further. The interviewer was very courteous and forthright.

There are several interviews. You need to upload your resume and wait for their notice. You will enter the next interview if your resume meets their demand. The first interview are all behavioral questions.
