Once they've reviewed your application materials, they will invite you to interview at their location. The interview itself is 40 minutes or so with a 15-minute editing test that follows. There's an orientation beforehand where they tell you how long the interview will be and what kinds of questions they will ask (which are behavior-based). Then they discuss what to expect if your interview is successful/what the hiring process is like and the job benefits.
