Interview process was fairly casual but was long. One phone interview and 2-3 zoom interviews with the last zoom interview being with multiple people at different times. Everyone was very nice and it wasn't nervewracking at all.

It was odd, they contacted me exclusively through Indeed. Maybe as a way to prevent people from blowing up their email. I liked the creative cover letter request in the job description. Answered some basic questions and did some really easy assessments. I think they suggested some preliminary reading just about the company and what they do. Had an interview, I thought it went well but then the interviewer ghosted me even after I reached back out expressing my thanks and continued interest. Thought their entire communication process was unprofessional and just weird, including messages late at night despite us being in the same time zones; I almost thought it was a scam. Found out the work itself isn't like true business analyst or research work (no technical skills required, at least according to the interviewer), it's just reading and organizing articles. Which is fine for a laid-back remote job. Not the highest pay by any means but the work is not demanding at all if you don't mind reading business articles . Seems like a cool company though

What is competitor analysis?
Your favorite book?
I can't remember exactly what the question was but it was something along the lines of figuring out how many DUIs were recorded in Atlanta or something, how would you go about acquiring that information?

I am impressed with the hiring process here. Everything ran really smoothly, and she keeps you very informed start to finish. It didn't feel like a lot of "recruiters" who put off a slimy feel. She was very friendly and professional. You do have to take an exam in the interview which was long.
