Made me do a lengthy behavioral and cognitive test as part of the application. Spent 30-40min on them. Got a generic rejection a week later. I understand if you want to give these tests to someone you've at least had a first call with, but to make all applicants waste time on them when you already have no intention of interviewing them is disrespectful of applicants' time.
