The group interview is a set of standardized questions you must answer in front of a mixed panel of potential co-workers and managers. Once this process is completed it can take several weeks to hear back about status.

Interviewed on 3 units, panel interview was conducted with questions about my experience and personality. I was also given a rundown on how things worked on the unit, what the unit saw on a daily basis, and what the unit was looking for in a nurse.
