Interviewed by phone and then an onsite interview was conducted. The questions asked were mainly about past work experience and education. The phone interview was arranged by a recruiter. I talked to the hiring manager over the phone and then an onsite interview was conducted. The onsite interview was at the Irving corporate office with the hiring manager and brief introduction was arranged with the System Director. The interview questions were very brief and not very detailed.
