Three months ago I had an interview with CHEP from the Republic of South Africa for the BD Executive role based in Istanbul.They gave me a feedback by telling that my salary expectation was higher than their expectation and my application was rejected.3 months later I had an interview in Istanbul for the same position. (After being rejected they invited me to their office in Ataşehir.)This was the worst and most humiliating interview I have ever had so far. The attitude of the person was so disrespectful and she tried to underestimate my experiences and my master's degree as well as my bachelor's degree. (I got a double degree from a reputable university.)Finally, she asked me where I was from. I was shocked by her disrespectful attitude. Chep is a worldwide known company and it was disappointing for me to have such an unprofessional interview. She told me not to apply for any position which may arise in the future as she found my sales experiences insufficient ( 4 years of sales,2 years of business development experiences)as she found my salary expectation too high. Due to their misconnection with the HR department, I was invited to a second interview and it was disappointing to be humiliated as I studied French Language and Literature, American Culture and Literature.
