After the Online application, I had a telephone interview a week later. The telephone interview lasted 15 Minutes approx and the interviewer was describing mostly the position. It was easy going interviewing with the team and CFO. I did not expect to get the interview since I thought I was not qualified to work there. At the end of the day, the agency called me to schedule me the interview.
