Relaxed. Not very technical. They seemed more interested in how quickly I could be ready to travel. They also needed to be sure I had the appropriate clearance. I was not selected but they called me back 2 weeks later when the original candidate they selected decided to back out. I took the job but asked for and received an additional $10k signing bonus. They needed someone out in Afghanistan quickly so they agreed. I had no problems playing this card because I knew the contract would be up in a few months and they would not offer me a job elsewhere.

it was a very good first and natural first interview. i was able to have an informal feel with my interviewer which helped me be more comfortable when answering the questions.
