Initially, I was contacted by a recruiter who conducted a short phone screening to discuss my background, certifications, and experience with troubleshooting and cloud technologies. After that, I was invited for a technical interview where I was asked to walk through a real-world cloud troubleshooting scenario, including diagnosing the root cause, steps for resolution, and documentation practices. They also assessed my knowledge of tools like AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, and Windows 10/11 support. Finally, there was a behavioral interview with a panel to assess my communication skills, teamwork approach, and my ability to provide white-glove support to end users.
