I have attended the Interview at Chennai, I was scheduled interview from Bangalore HR Team.
will lot of difficulties i reached chennai and waited for the whole day to go through all the rounds (techical round, MGR Round and HR round). HR team suggested me to reach the office at 9:30 AM, i waited for so long and attended the first round at 4:20 PM, which was really frustrating, after that MGR and HR round got completed and i left the campus at 8:00 PM that too it was Saturday.
and now here comes the funny part in HR round- The HR asked me for the package and negotiated me to some extent which i was like OK. after couple of days i got another call from CGI saying that we could not release the offer letter as we didnot get approval from the Business for the package you are expecting. the difference was like hell. after convincing the HR , i came down some more, now he said i would try but not assure of the package. I said OK. Thats it !!! i didnot get any call from them for one month, after that i called back them and asked for the status ,they simply said that the requirement got freezed and not rolling out any offer letters. I felt like DAMN !!! . I dont understand one thing here, if there is another level of package approval ,why should HR negotiate !!
So people be aware of CGI. and Still i waiting for Offer letter since more than a month.
By the way do you guys know what the package i have expected !! I have 4 + years of experience with current salary as 6 LPA , ECTC - 9 LPA and negotiated to 8LPA and the Business approved for 7LPA. :-( do you think my fate is actually good, Yes of course i dint want to work in this kind of organization. Uffff !!! Great escape .

Entretien
The firsr round was purely technical starting with badic questions to advanced. Then Second round was a disaster looked like panel was not interested to ask questions - he was not able to ask questions properly and frame it. The round was over in just 10 minutes.
Straight Forward. 2 rounds of interview and done. First one was a screening round and second round was pure technical covering all java and angular related questions. followed by a hiring manager round.
The interview covered OmniStudio, Order Management (OM), and Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC). I also detailed my current project, explaining technical implementations and delivery responsibilities within the Salesforce Industries ecosystem to demonstrate end-to-end expertise.
