The second is a interview with managers that made general questions about yourself and your experience 3. Finally, a Technical Interview where they ask and request solutions to specific situations.

Applied for full-time job on LinkedIn. Got a 1st call (initial / screening) next day from HR where we discussed detailes about visa status, Hiring process and salary expectation. I told HR that I will only join aftet H1B / employer transfer approved and I have visa until maxout with no perm and I-140 so HR told that their company will file GreenCard for me and they are fine if I join after H1B / Employer transfer approved. HR scheduled 1st round of interview with Hiring Manager. Interview was great. HR scheduled 2nd round of interview next day with technical team. Interview was great but did not receive any email from HR about feedback on 2nd round of interview. I followed up with HR who later told that I passed 2nd round of interview as well. That's it! No details about next step (HR round/Hiring step). I waited for a week and later followed up with HR who later told that Client wants to take interview. HR scheduled 3rd round of interview with Client and interview was again great. Followed up with HR about feedback on Client interview and after 2-3 days, HR called me and said I paased client interview as well but Client wants me to join within 2 weeks. I told HR that in 1st call itself I told that I can only join after Employer transfer approved. HR proposed to join via corp to corp option so that after sometime they will hire me and gave my contact to 3rd party company which explained me about corp to corp option but I declined. This entire process took 1 and half months. Senior HR contacted me and said as I cannot join within 2 weeks so they are checking with other clients for other projects. After a week I contacted HR and got same reply as senior HR. I wasted my time but learnt do not trust CGI company. I will definitely not recommend this company who plays with employee emotion and hopes. HR does not has any courage to provide a reason for not hiring even after great feedback from their client and clearing all rounds of interview.
