I was originally hired over six years ago so this may be outdated. Had a phone interview with recruiter, then one on one in person interview with three individuals one of whom is the hiring manager.
I actually left the company and came back after a few months. Interview was managers from the teams I used to work with. It was a panel interview but ended up informal because I knew them.
The interview process was a really positive experience. The interviewers were approachable, the process was transparent, and the conversations felt genuine. I felt comfortable throughout and appreciated the way the team engaged with me.
It’s was 2 interviews that were conducted over a few days. First interview is a phone interview and the second was a video/ virtual one. Tea was the first person
First round was a behavioral interview after meeting the recruiter at a career fair at my school. Second round was at the headquarters in Fairfax. I would coordinate with the recruiter throughout the day, but the interviews were with current employees. All the interviews were behavioral, but they asked about technical experience as wel.
