Entretien
Initial application was submitting CV & Cover Letter.
This was followed up by an assessment centre consisting of eight grads & undergrads. We were given a large group task to do where you have the ability to showcase your team-working skills. We were tasked with creating a large-scale IoT system that benefits someone and from that we planned implementation, future expansion etc.
Afterwards we were taken away for one-on-one interviews with someone from the department we suited the most. This began with non-technical questions to determine how we think regarding business, clients & colleagues, giving examples of previous experience.
Finally the one-on-one interview began to ask more technical questions about the field we were going into, using examples of experience. The interview was concluded by asking what we wanted from our employment at CGI.
An offer was received within 5 days of the assessment centre.

Entretien
after passing standard numerical, logical, analytical online tests I was invited to an assessment centre at their UK HQ in Reading. This comprised of a group activity as well as a one on one interview with someone from the business unit I would be placed in.
