It was a fairly standard approach to the interview process. Applied on their website nominating an employee referral. This was followed by an initial screening call by HR, panel interview by peers, interview with the hiring manager and then final meeting with the customer

There are several rounds of interviews in the process. The first is the screening with HR and then the actual interview with the hiring manager. And then the final meet with Director or leadership team.
