Initially recruiter called me and scheduled an interview. It had 2 rounds technical and managerial. My both rounds went excellent as I answered all correctly and properly. I was asked to wait for hr response. I was sure that I cracked the interview. To my surprise HR came and asked me to leave for the day which clearly means negative. I was wondering what mistake I made. They even don't share the feedback why. The manager was More interested to know why I am switching company only after 3 months. If that is the case why did they shortlisted my profile. They do not take deserving candidate as they ask for bit higher package. My case was like this as I asked for better hike before interview to hr. Full of incompetent people. Just waste of time.
