Will go for number of rounds based on the project requirement. there is no ground rule. I had to go through 4 rounds including manger and HR rounds. 1st round is more than 1 hour over telephonic, after 2 weeks 2nd round is face to face and 3rd is managerial on same day, after 4 days HR round and after 2days offer released.

Expect a phone interview, a skills exam, and a panel interview. For a phone interview, they just ask about your resume, skills, and expected salary. For the skills exam, it depends on the position you are applying for. For the panel interview, it took almost an hour, and be ready for basic, technical, and behavioral questions.
