Was immediately interviewed by a senior team member who then referred me to the lead consultant for the business unit which was doing the consulting work. The lead called me from Europe two days later and we had an in depth discussion that covered all aspects of my work experience and what the job entailed.

The mandate was directly negotiated by the client I was to work for in Montreal and was already working with in Paris, so the interview was mainly about checking that I met the minimum requirements in terms of fit and experience for the role
