There were three rounds of interviews. The first round was over the phone with a recruiter and was extremely causal. The second with consultants, where they asked behavioral questions. The final round was with the head of the department and talked more specifically about experiences that would directly correlate to the job.

Did it through school. The first interview was a behavioral in person interview and then one more online that was also mainly behavioral and what you wanted out of a summer internship
