For me, it is a relaxing process. Everything is good. The recruiters' questions are not so hard... No response later. Overall a good experience. Strongly recommended. But I got no next step

The interview process is very thorough and comprehensive. You will interview first with a local manager, then a regional manager, and then a head of whatever business unit you’re applying into.
