The interview process was easy. You have to describe what you have done in your past positions or at university. You have to answer some technical questions applied by the interviewers. No tests required.
One interview where they asked me about my previous projects and what I would like to work on. After that we had a discussion about the current projects of the company and where I can fit

About my previous projects while I was in university
After being asked some general questions regarding my studies (just to break the ice) I was explained what exactly they were working with in this specific laboratory.
I was then asked about my software skills and whether I was keen on learning more about software related to additive manufacturing applications.
