Head hunter found the job for me, I had a phone interview with the Hiring manager. Didn't think I did very well, but they called me in for a face-to-face.

Question 1
1st phone interview was standard stuff. Mix between technical and behavioral. I would say it was mostly behavioral in nature. Describe a situation when...? what is your biggest failure?
2nd interview was a panel interview, 2 hours, and frankly a complete pain. They pretend like they are a google or facebook or something. This is a small non-profit company with slow growth and no Project Management background.

Interviewed with the recruiter first. Interviewed with PMO director. Panel interview with the PM team. Interviewed with CIO. All interviews were in person over the course of a week. Panel interview was mostly about experience as a project manager.
