It was a Teams interview. It was very straightforward in terms of a standard interview. The interview focused on my background and how it relates to construction and operations. The interview was about 30 minutes. It was a good conversation.

Applied online, 3 weeks later received a call for an in person interview with the district area manager. My interview was with 3 individuals, 2 of which actively participated in the interview and one whom kept laughing for whatever reason and never made eye contact. It was implied by the district area manager that he wanted a male for the role.
