In person interview with 30 minute assessment. I think the expectation is for someone to finish in 15 minutes, but the questions are very long scenario based questions that require time to read and some thought to answer.
Second interview with two managers.
Followed by a rejection letter.

Question 1
There were three pages of scenario based questions. Many of the questions are negative and asked me to reflect on bad experiences I encountered on the job. They also asked what kind of goals I set for myself. Many of the questions are redundant, forcing you to think of more negative experiences you’ve had. I found this very offputting and telling about the managers.
