I felt as if CED was not being transparent enough with compensation. I was not a fan of how pushy the recruiters were and I would look at everything they promise you. Lots of false hope. Sure you’ll have an amazing career for the 13% of those selected and hired. The other 87%, good luck. I’d be careful.

I meet with recruiters at my university job fair. Talked with them about the position for about 30 mins. I brought my resume and made business cards that i attached to the top of my resumes to hand out to people [most commented they liked that extra effort]. I asked what was the next step in the process as I really wanted to work with the company. He said they would be calling the people they were interested in later that day for interviews on campus the following day. I got a call and step up to meet them the next morning. They were a bit unorganized and I interviewed 30 mins later then scheduled but I really like the guys I met with. They scheduled me and someone else at the same time which is why I had to wait but they apologized and said there must have been a mishap because they thought I was coming at 11;15 [I was scheduled at 10;30]. The interview went well, asked me to a specific item on my resume, asked me what 4 words my friends would use to describe me, and if I could go back to freshman year what adivce would I give my self. I gave honest answers as I had only prepared on 3 words to descirbe my self and didnt preapred advice to give my freshman self. They liked my answers and I got called back for a second interview but not my style so I declined. they had you take a timed tested called the wonderluck [i think] 50 questions in 12 mins [i think] and then a ~200 questions personality test . Told me if they liked me I'd be reached out to in the coming weeks.
