I went in for a first round interview -- it was a standard interview questions with nothing too technical. they mostly asked about strengths, weaknesses, past experiences, approaches to consulting etc. very friendly and warm interviewers

Entretien
Was contacted weeks after submitting application for a half hour phone interview. After that there was an in person interview where I met with several employees. The in person interview was 2.5 hours.
