Entretien
First you need to submit an application online. Then you will receive a phone call from the Event Specialist Manager. You will meet the manager at the workplace, and they will ask you a few questions. According to the manager's schedule they may call you in for a second interview in a matter of days/weeks. It took weeks for me, but I did get the job.

Entretien
CDS has a great interview process. Hiring takes seven to ten days. Very user friendly online system to apply and onboard. Management is great. Company is very structured and systematic.

It was relaxed, and the manager was very nice. We went over basic rules of the job and asked some retail questions. It was one interview and lasted about 10 minutes.

There are few questions asked during the interview. Few information about yourself and experience. Also question about your availability. You have to be available at least for a weekend in a week.
