quick questions, sell a product, also a group one. they drug test you as well. the orientation was quick, you have to do a health training and a food certification but it is quick, they pay you for orientation too

CDS has a great interview process. Hiring takes seven to ten days. Very user friendly online system to apply and onboard. Management is great. Company is very structured and systematic.

It was relaxed, and the manager was very nice. We went over basic rules of the job and asked some retail questions. It was one interview and lasted about 10 minutes.
