I was interviewed by my current manager and two other engineers. I then heard back with an offer a few days after. They gave me ample time to reply to the offer.

Zoom interview with regional team leader who acts as your supervisor if hired. Casual conversation with some questions sprinkled in. Got to know manager on a personal level right from the start. Overall good experience, but not super formal.
