Had first interview, with the Head of Copy this was followed by a writing test, and after that I was invited to a second interview with my immediate supervisor, the Creative Director and the Managing Director.

HR called me for a phone screen then set me up with a 45 min interview with 3 VP/Copy Supervisors and gave me a tour of the office. It was a very informal interview
