First round was a 1-1 interview, 2nd was a group interview and the final was a case study. There were a lot of situational questions. The case study was timed and took me almost the whole 2 hours to complete. I didn’t get the job so I felt like it was a waste of my time. There are much better ways to assess someone’s ability than having them basically work for free for you on a fake assignment.

after applying online, I was asked to interview with what would be my senior manager. Following that interview, I interviewed with someone slightly higher up. Both interviews were conversational and <1hr.
