They were awesome at the in person group interview. We connected. Honestly, they were great. I had an offer by phone (get it in writing!) Then they wanted me to go see their work psychiatrist 'to see how I would fit in with the team'. His real job was to find out any dark corners or problems in my work past. He gets you to laugh and laugh! Then they withdraw their offer.
