Phone Screening, then in person interview. Phone screening takes place out of area from an HR person. Then in person is with your potential manager, questions were basic in the phone screen to give you a feel for CBRE's culture. In person was a standard set of question, my interviewer did not go off script much.

Started with a phone interview with the recruiter who was very efficient and very good with updating as to where the process is. Was connected with the hiring manager and scheduled the face to face interview then.
