3 stages. 1st stage - recruiter, 2nd and 3rd stage - panel interview with manager, senior management and 1 other person on the team. Entire process took 1 month till offer, background check took a while.

Interview is largely experience based, you need to be able to describe the projects you have worked on in great detail.
Questions on client management and client satisfaction.
Ability to work with team in varying timezone.
Other questions are behavioural and how you will act in certain situations.
