I had 4 interviews over the span of 2.5 weeks with different parties including management, fellow team memebers and people in my local office. They asked a lot of interview questions related to personality and less about the technical skills.

I submitted an application through a referral link. Received an email to set up a phone interview with someone on their talent acquisition team. The person was very nice but started the call by saying the position was filled internally already.
