As much as I really liked the people I met, I felt the interview process was not good. It started out well, I was contacted by a recruiter and had and in person interview within a week or so. I thought the interview went well, they said they’d reach out by the end of the week. Basically, they did not get back to me when they said and the whole process took almost 2 months of following up, waiting, following up one more time, waiting a long time, submitting work examples, waiting some more, and then not getting the job. I don’t think this is the fault of anyone at the KC office but probably an issue with HR/corporate? They were also pretty upfront about there being no upward growth.
