Three Rounds
1.) Initial phone screen with manager.
2.) Several round interview in-office with several managers and analysts. Mostly behavioral and fit based screening. Not technical.
3.) Basic excel test - data manipulation and visualization.

First is to have a call with partners, then meet with them in person and then take financial test after meeting with financial head. After that it moves really fast.

se mostram bem despreparados, te prometem data de devolutiva e nao cumprem, vc pergunta sobre uma devolutiva ninguem sabe de nada, e ainda dizem na entrevista que estao desesperados pra preencher as vagas logo, passei por um total de 3 entrevistas com 6 gestores e afirmaram dar devolutiva mesmo que negativa, simplesmente sumiram, parecer muito ser vaga fantasma

First I had a short phone call interview with HR and then a video call interview with the hiring manager. The questions were relatively easy, they wanted to know me better as I had no prior work experience.
