There are two rounds of interviews. Round one is online and you fill out some questions and responded to video questions. The next part you are invited in and candidates do rotating interviews.

I give you a Cap Rate and a net operating income. What can you find?
2 rounds- hr and team......, it was very pleasant to interview with them, very nice people loved the vibe, got an offer the difficualty was average tell me anything you want to know more
I reached out to a project director via LinkedIn and then I got an interview. Direct application through their portal dint help me to get to the interview process. Luckily the project director was very reaponsive and friendly.
Asked a lot of behaviorals. People were very nice and helpful. Was also quite selective with the process. Recruiter is great and very communicative so I always knew where I stood in the process. Heard back a couple days after my interview
