I did two interviews with different people, they were both very casual. More a conversation than an interview, both were on the phone as I was not available to travel to their office.

An in-person panel that consists of various departments. Mainly, the questions are team building and difficult situation questions. There is a follow-up interview with the director if you are one of the top candidates. He/She will select the candidate with the recommendation of the interviewing panel taken into consideration.
