Initial phone screen discussed CBRE's background and my basic interest in the position. In person interview was one-on-one and was mostly conversational. After discussing the role and my background, I was given space to ask questions about the company and position after which I was asked to expand on my qualifications and answer some clarifying questions. Shortly after the in-person interview, they requested a writing sample in response to a prompt. No offer, but a very positive experience.

Applied on the company site. Followed by call from HR a week later to talk about the position. A week after that received a call from the hiring manager to set up an interview for the position. Interview was in person. The interview itself had a very friendly vibe.
