Entretien
First is a simple online application, then an online interview where you record your answers to pre-set questions. Final round is on-site where you interview with 3+ current employees of varying rank.

Entretien
I was brought in for an initial interview after being contacted from a hiring coordinator. I met with a Managing Director in the Houston office. He asked me some basic questions regarding my background, and how my experience prepared me for this position. After this interview, I was then brought in for what I thought was a subsequent interview but turned out to be an assessment test. It had 3 parts, multiple choice, analytical questions, and an performing Excel functions.
