had a HR interview then a formal interview with a clinical lead. The first was done over the phone and took about 45mints. The second was done over zoom which took around 45min-1hr ish. Both people were very nice and caring as-well-as accommodating for my schedule.

2-part interview process. The first one was to discuss the job position and get to know the company. The second was a more standard clinical interview with about five questions. The questions were mostly about what makes you a good candidate and how you deal with conflicts arising from being a new grad.
