The interview included a phone call with HR, a phone interview with the department head, an in-person interview, and another phone call or two, so it was relatively extensive. But everyone i spoke and met with were extremely pleasant along the way. There was no exam type assessment, only an assessment of the type of work I would be doing here.

1st Round: HR Screening - basic behavior questions 2nd Round: Manager Screening - basic behavior questions, some technical questions about vcs, pe firms 3rd Round: Team Screening - basic behavior questions to see if a good fit with the team, then a 2 hr technical exam
