They ask you to do a SQL interview. The main interviewer showed up late. The SQL portion took up the entirety of the interview. It was fairly easy, save for the last question which required a verbal explanation, either due to time running out or because that's what they expect. I got a phone screening two times, first time doing the SQL assessment, and both times ended in them saying they hired internally. Yet, the job gets reposted constantly. It seems like they farm for candidates with no intention of hiring someone. I won't make the same mistake of answering the recruiters call a third time or applying again.
I had HR call which lasted for 20 minutes and we went over the resume and some basic questions. The overall experience was great and which lead to take home assessment.

Entretien
Recruiter Call - Take Home Assignment - 1st HM - 2nd HM - Panel (back-to-back with directors). Communication is strong, heard back from the recruiters the next day after each round. Thought I did well in every round and got positive feedback from the recruiter as well, but still ended up getting rejected a week after the final round. I think it probably has something to do with H1B sponsorship, even though the job description states explicitly that the position is eligible for sponsorship.

Question 1
Past project, Mini-Case, mostly behavioral type of questions.
First was the phone screening. And then there was a technical interview with a manager. And then there was a take home assessment. And lastly I had a 2.5 hour long interview consisting of five 30 minute interviews with different managers in the company.
