HR ghosted after the phone screening, even the second interview was scheduled. Could not understand why a financial analyst have to live in 10 miles of the headquarter as one of the condition.

1 screening + 1 coding SQL assessment + 1 hiring manager video call + 1 panelist video call (with 4 people)
Assessment was straightforward, pretty simple case study using SQL. Interviewers were all super nice and genuinely wanted to get to know me and my interests. Overall, a very good experience talking to team members here.

Included a phone interview, and 2 video interview rounds. Everyone was incredibly friendly which made the experience fantastic. Moved very quickly and we’re very understanding of previously schedule time off and flexible start day.
