Phone interview, then a second interview in person, third phone interview with territory manager. Overall the process was not difficult. I was first reached out to by a recruiter on linkedin and scheduled my initial phone interview.

Contacted via text on the interview process, and information was not clear on the interview process. Was not sure whom I was texting, and when I asked for a name, the individual did not provide a name so assumed I was texting chatbots. Texts claimed I would be interviewing in person with 2 hiring managers, however, after the interview ended with the 2 hiring managers ended up interviewing a separate time with higher-ups with a total of 4 people and for a total of an hour for the combined two interviews. Maybe this process didn't apply to everyone, but I did not appreciate the under-communication.
