I was screened on the phone initially and then asked to come in for an in-person interview. The screener was super polite and helpful. They emailed me all the information I needed to get to the office and about the company. In person interviews were great. I met with the head of HR and some team members. They showed me around the office as well. It was a cool culture and great atmosphere, the only reason I declined was due to distance from where I lived.
