The initial interview was a phone interview from the HR department which was about ten minutes long, going through my current employment and education. A few weeks later this was followed by a skype interview by the department. The skype interview was around 15 minutes long.

HR is great, Hiring manager is not. Uninterested, rude, and unprepared. Had nothing to contribute and expected me to drive the conversation. I asked questions that typically come at the end of the meeting, but had to ask them prior to any insights from her end, as she had nothing to contribute and only answered questions very simply - "we can do it better" - right... but... specifically how... share...
