Fairly simple, first there was a phone interview by someone from CACI and then a formal interview in person with the Client which were standard questions mostly going over my resume.

3 senior paralegals/management joined the interview and took turn asking specific questions about my previous experiences and my connection and ambition towards position. Specifically, they dove into details about a specific ediscovery program and asked several questions about the program itself.

Interviewer made the process very comfortable. The questions were clear and concise with no room for misunderstanding. They also gave feedback and explained the processes to be expected going forward.
The interview process was completed over the phone on two different phones calls, with two different company representatives. The interview process was a pleasant experience for me. Everyone I talked to was very nice and professional.
