Sr System adminstrator called me and asked me about my background, military experience, and expectations. Mostley technical, not very hard or indepth. I felt he was trying to feel me out, and see what kinds of problems I've encountered and how I solved them. Being well versed in Unix/Linux and MS Windows was the selling point. I was told that most people interviewed are very knowledgeable in either Unix/Linus or MS Windows. They were looking for someone with unique skills accross all platforms, a more well rounded individual.

Recruiter reached out and expressed leaders were interested in interviewing me for the role. It was supposed to be a 3-panelist interview but only one person showed up. The questions weren't difficult and it appeared my professional experience aligned directly with what they were looking for in a strong candidate. Recruiter mentioned they'd be reaching out with an answer in about a week and a half and took a lot longer.

Submitted application. Talent acquisition reached out and set up in-person interview with hiring manager. After interview, received questionnaires from HR to complete. Upon completion, received offer from HR. Total time from submitting application to offer was 2 weeks.
So it was relatively quick and painless process. They asked four personality based questions in the first round of interview questions. The second round of interview questions were more technical.
